Life with Eczema
If you live with eczema you are not alone: eczema is the most common skin condition in the UK with 1 in 10 adults and 1 in 5 children affected by it. Fortunately, a wide variety of support services are available to help you lead a better life with eczema.
Although everyone’s experience of eczema is unique, there are a number of common triggers it is best to be aware of and avoid. This site will show you how, through jargon-free advice as well as a range of new educational videos providing helpful tips, insights and demonstrations relating to:
- Eczema & sleep
- Childhood eczema
- Limiting eczema flare-ups
Although there’s no cure, there are many ways to control eczema which allow you to improve your quality of life, and get on with living.
